2. Quotes & Rates

All quotes provided are based on the information you supply.
Final rates may vary depending on shipment details, accessorial charges, and market conditions.
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote; if no period is stated, they are valid for 7 days.

3. Shipment Responsibilities

Shippers: Must provide accurate shipment details, including weight, dimensions, commodity type, and any special handling requirements.
Carriers: Are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of shipments once in transit.
DFS: Facilitates communication, documentation, and coordination between shippers and carriers.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice, typically net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur finance charges and collection costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

DFS is not liable for loss, damage, delay, or non-delivery of shipments once in the carrier’s possession, except as provided under applicable law or written agreement.
Carrier liability is subject to their applicable tariffs, contracts, and insurance coverage.

6. Insurance

DFS requires all contracted carriers to maintain valid insurance coverage. Additional cargo insurance can be arranged upon request and may be subject to additional fees.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
You may not copy, distribute, or misuse any content from our website without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

All quotes, rates, and agreements provided by DFS are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without our consent.

9. Governing Law
